Above the iconic madness downstairs, step into the captivating ambience of the trattoria-style Bar Bunga every Thursday evening. Don your chef’s jacket and prepare for an evening packed with excitement and unforgettable memories, as you delve into the art of cocktail-making, focaccia dough-making and pizza-topping.

On your marks, get set, BAKE!

STEP 1: Begin your culinary adventure with an Aperol Spritz masterclass, learning how to craft your very own Italian aperitif. Then, indulge in the warmth of freshly-baked focaccia from our wood-fired oven, alongside a selection of delectable Italian-style vegetables.

STEP 2: Under the expert guidance of our Bunga pizza chef, you’ll learn how to make traditional focaccia dough, perfectly primed for you to take and bake at home.

STEP 3: Now, it’s time for your Star Baker moment! Stretch and shape your own pre-made pizza dough, ready to be decorated with an array of toppings of your choice.

STEP 4: The evening will be rounded off with a masterclass on the classic Negroni – a timeless staple from Italy – to be savoured in the atmospheric surroundings of Bar Bunga.

STEP 5: After all the excitement, sit back and tuck into your showstopper pizza, fresh from the wood-fired oven, paired with your choice of a glass of red or white wine. Buon appetito!
